We’ve been treated to some absolute gems when it comes to DJs from down under in the last decade; such as Fisher, Luude, Flume, Dom Dolla, PNAU & Skin On Skin (included in our last article). The next to breakthrough is Melbourne-born producer Emilia Predebon AKA Pretty Girl.

What sets Pretty Girl apart from the rest is not just her dreamy, deep house numbers, but her own vocals on top which she has now incorported into her live performances.  Go watch her Boiler Room from Melbourne last year for a gorgeous example of this.

PG will be landing in the UK this summer, playing at Love Saves The Day, AVA Festival & Forbidden Forest. We have our fingers crossed that there’s a trip to Ibiza in there somewhere.

Behind unquestionably the biggest dance track of 2022, ‘B.O.T.A. (Baddest Of Them All), Manchester-born Interplanetary Criminal of course had to be on our list.

Not only has ‘B.O.T.A.’ made him platnium selling artist and Brit Award nominee, but he has since gone onto work with Ibiza cult-heroes Gorgon City and grime legend Flirta D on bassy house banger Sidewindah.

It’s a shock Interplanetary Criminal wasn’t booked for an Ibiza gig last year but we have no doubt in our mind that he’ll be jetting off to the White Isle this summer.

Having just broken into the UK Top 10 Charts with ‘Outta Nowhere’ alongside Bugzy Malone, 21 year old, TeeDee, is making waves in the UK Drill, bassline and the house scene after signing with Sony Music UK in 2021.

TeeDee grew up in the bassline era and took inspiration from the likes of Toddla T, T2 and DJ EZ and started making remixes of US Rappers such as Chris Brown.

He’s also a bit of a character on camera and across his social media channels, shows his followers a breakdown of how he puts his original songs as well as remixes together.

TeeDee actually joined us at the Home of the Pool Party last summer, supporting Nathan Dawe, so keep an eye out for a return in 2023…
