How long is the payment plan available for?
The payment plan is applicable on any bookings made before the 31st of December 2024 for summer 2025.
How are my instalments amounts broken down?
After the initial deposit of €25 is paid then the remaining balance is broken into 4 equal payments of 25% of the balance, eg: you total booking is €225, you pay a deposit of €25 and then 4 payments of €50 each.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before your arrival date. If you do cancel, your deposit is non refundable as per our standard hotel terms, but any other payments made can be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before you are due to arrive it would be at the loss of all payments made.
How do I make the instalment payments?
A member of the team will send you a payment link via email when your instalment payment is due. Should you have any issues using the payment link you can email the team on: hotelsales@ibizarocks.com or call 0207 952 2919.
What dates will my instalment payment be due?
Your instalment payments are monthly, working back 30 days from your due date, eg: you are due to arrive on the 30th of August, your final payment would be on August 1st, the 3rd on July 2nd, the 4th on June 1st and the first instalment payment on May 2nd.
Can other members of the group make instalment payments?
Yes, if someone in the group other than the lead passenger, wishes to make a payment then just let the team know at hotelsales@ibizarocks.com who will be making the next payment and the next payment link can be sent directly to their email address.
